Family Involvement

Family members play important roles in the governance of the center and are involved in all major decisions, including hiring and budgetary considerations. Each family is active on one of our working committees as well as finding their passion and expertise within our environment. How each family finds its voice in the community is unique to that family's experiences, life structure and abilities. Close communication and the building of understanding between adults involved in the students' lives are considered essential to the students' well-being and development. This is the foundation of our cooperative and allows for all adults to be active members in supporting all the children's growth and happiness.
